Kinky Boots Sarasota Theatre reviews
Gladys was great, but . . . .
"Performance at Kinky Boots was great! The curtain fell and the lights came on - no encores, no chance for encores. At 72, vocal her range was clearly demonstrated by her and she's better than ever. A little disappointing that there was only an 80 minute performance.
My first time at the Lynn Auditorium, Part II. Convenient and reasonable parking, but the audience was raucous and at times rude. Lots of love for Kinky Boots, but people were chattering, talking and commenting so loudly that it was hard to hear the performer - the person we paid to hear. Truly, I'm so glad we got to see and hear her - even way back on the main level, our seats were great. Great view and really good sound system."
